HMH Ed - Service Degradation Friday, August 18th, 2023 12:02:00 pm CDT

HMH Ed is reporting a service degradation. Below is the message from HMH support along with a link to their platform status page. Users may not be able to login to the platform at this time.

From HMH: Service Degradation: Ed is currently experiencing a service degradation as of 11:19am ET on 8/18/23. Some users are may be unable to log in directly to the platform, and users may experience slow loading within the platform. We are working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

HMH is reporting issues with the Ed platform. Issues appear to be similar to what they reported last week. Our team is receiving reports of students and teachers having intermittent issues accessing and using the platform. We are watching the HMH status page and will post updates as they become available.
