We have completed our switch for rostering Securly Pass & Classroom back to Clever based on vendor recommendation. SSO has also been switched to Clever. If using the Pass App on a smart device, Click the Clever SSO option button. Issues with missing classrooms and missing students have been resolved to our knowledge. Please contact the Help Desk if there are any new issues.
Securly Classroom status as of Friday, 8/23, is that the missing classrooms were inadvertently Archived. So, the fix is to unarchive the "missing" class. We are going through the open tickets to accomplish this. Teachers can also do this themselves.
Unfortunately, yesterday, a new bug was encountered where students are missing from some classrooms. Securly Support is investigating this issue. It is a high priority for them.
